INSTRUCTIONS FOR INVOICES SENT BY EMAIL
As an alternative, invoices can be sent in PDF format by email to: 07280762@scan.netvisor.fi

 

Email instructions:

• Invoices must be sent as email attachments

• One invoice per file. Each file must include all pages and attachments of a single invoice

• One email may contain up to 10 MB of data

• PDF files must be genuine PDF documents, version 1.3 or later

• PDF files must not be locked or password-protected

• The document size must not exceed 210 x 297 mm

• Attachment file names must only contain standard characters: a–z, A–Z, 0–9
