Mikaela Ingberg joins Spesifix as Marketing and Sales Director

We are pleased to welcome Mikaela “Micce” Ingberg to our team as she started her role as Spesifix’s Sales and Marketing Director in June 2025.

Mikaela brings with her a strong background in sports, event management, and organizational development. She is a three-time major championship medalist and represented Finland in four Olympic Games as a javelin thrower. After her athletic career, she has worked with major sporting events, the Finnish Olympic Committee, and the sports academy in Vaasa. She is currently finalizing her Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration, majoring in Leadership, Strategy, and Organizations.

In her new role, Micce’s goal is to strengthen Spesifix’s visibility, develop our operations, and build long-term customer relationships – in line with our values and strategy.
